Driving south on 43 a rather large part, under my car, came loose. I pulled off the road right in front of Carlton Automotive. Front desk service rep was so welcoming and in under 5 minutes Blake secured the part so I could continue driving safely home. Carltons approach to my emergency was old school work ethic combined with customer consideration. Highly recommended!!!

I highly recommend this service center for their exceptional customer service. Throughout my visit, they kept me well-informed about every step of the process. I've purchased tires from them in the past, and when I returned for an oil change, they discovered a nail in one of my tires. To my pleasant surprise, they repaired it as a courtesy, given my previous tire purchase. I had forgotten about this benefit, and their kindness was a wonderful reminder of why I continue to choose them for my automotive needs
